To confirm your reservation, the hotel requires a credit card number. Your card will not be charged until departure.

You can amend and cancel your reservation up to 24 hours prior to arriving. To do this visit the 'book online' are on the hotel website, select 'more options' and enter your reservations number. Alternatively, contact the hotel directly on reservations@42thecalls.co.uk. Amendments and cancellations can be accepted with no charge before 4pm (GMT) the day prior to your arrival. Unfortunately, amendments and cancellations not received within 24 hours of your stay will result in a one night accommodation charge.

Your room will be ready from 16:00, the check-in time. However, we are happy to store luggage and park your car in advance of this time for your convenience. If you need your room much earlier in the day, this can be arranged by booking your room from the night before. This secures your room for your early arrival. If you would like the hotel to arrange this for you, please do not hesitate to contact me. The check out time is 11:00. Please be advised the hotel is a non-smoking hotel.

Reservations placed for 6 rooms or more are considered a 'group reservation'. In this situation kindly contact the hotel directly to place your reservation.

Upon check in, the reception will pre-authorize your credit card. Nothing will be charged until your departure. The amount sought for the guarantee will be to cover the cost for your stay, plus £50 per night for incidentals. Upon your departure your credit card will then be charged for the full amount of your stay. Please be advised, should you wish to settle your account by an alternative payment method, the initial pre-authorisation funds will be held on your card by your bank for up to 7 days. This is outside of the hotel's control, and is a process adhered to by the bank which issues your credit card.
